Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery of the last item in your order.

To request a return, sign in to your customer account and open the relevant order, or contact us at muratulyzanatbek6@gmail.com.

Items should be returned in their original condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send a return to any address without receiving return instructions first.

Return shipping

Approved returns are eligible for free return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at muratulyzanatbek6@gmail.com and include your order number and photos where relevant. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once a return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-returnable items
